Privacy Policy

Effective June 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Next Rip ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use next-rip.com and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information: email address and authentication identifiers when you sign up or sign in.
  • Order and shipping information: name, shipping address, and contact details when you request that cards be shipped to you.
  • Payment information: processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers; we receive limited transaction metadata (amount, status, last 4 digits).
  • Activity data: packs purchased, cards held in your vault, marketplace listings, and shipping requests.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and basic usage logs.

2. How We Use Information

  • To operate pack ripping, the vault, and the marketplace.
  • To process payments, ship cards, and provide support.
  • To prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
  • To comply with legal and tax obligations.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited information with service providers who help us run the Service:

  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Hosting and backend providers — to store account, vault, and order data.
  • Shipping carriers — to deliver physical cards you request.
  • Legal authorities — when required by law.

4. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and secure the Service. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the Service may stop working.

5. Data Retention

We keep account, order, and vault records for as long as your account is active and as required to comply with our legal and tax obligations. You may request deletion of your account at any time (see Contact below); some records may be retained where required by law.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), authenticated database access, and role-based access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to make a request.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 13, and users under 18 must have a parent or guardian's permission to make purchases.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
